We apply reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data and the size of the operation. However, no website, cloud platform, or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.

If a notifiable personal data breach occurs, we will act in a manner consistent with applicable Philippine law and relevant National Privacy Commission guidance.

Subject to the Data Privacy Act and its limits, you may have the right to be informed, access your data, correct inaccuracies, object to certain processing, request erasure or blocking where applicable, and lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission.
